Purpose of Data Collection
  • To ensure the safety and security of individuals and property within the premises
  • To prevent and deter criminal activity and fire incidents

Auto-Deletion
Automatically deleted upon expiry
unless an incident has been identified

Days — Standard Retention Period Calculated from the date of recording. Where no abnormal incident is detected, footage will be automatically and permanently deleted upon expiry.
Rights of the Data Subject
As a data subject, you are entitled to exercise the following rights by contacting us through the channels specified below:
  • Right to access and receive a copy of footage in which you appear
  • Right to request erasure of your data prior to the scheduled deletion date
Disclosure of Personal Data
Disclosed only when legally required

Recorded data may be disclosed to authorised officials or competent government authorities solely for the purposes of investigation or legal proceedings, and only to the extent required by applicable law.
